RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Each package from Crystal Clear Teeth Whitening is carefully inspected and packaged before it ships, but we understand that things can happen.   If you aren't completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please email us at support@trycrystalclear.com so we can assist you. 

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.  Customer just has to pay return label. We can’t offer a refund after 14 days since your purchase.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.  Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.  The shipping fee you have paid when the order was shipped to you cannot be refunded.  All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

To return your product, please email us and we will provide you with a United States address where your items should be shipped. Please do not ship your orders back to the address on the package received.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved for refund, refund will be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 14 business days.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers are able to cancel their order an hours from placing it for a full refund no questions asked.  Because of the nature of our fulfillment service, we pick and pack orders within 24 hours. Please email support@trycrystalclear.com to cancel within the time period.
