Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. However, please let us know and email our customer service if you need your order to be rushed. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Shipment Processing Times

DOMESTIC: Our current domestic order processing times may range from 2-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-8 business days for deliveries. However, we ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, unforeseen factors or events outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL: All orders shipping internationally have processing times ranging from 2-5 business days. However, we ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, international courier and customs delays beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are calculated and estimated at checkout based on location of delivery. International shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States: Free shipping on orders over USD 48 (including U.S. territories, and in most cases APO/FPO/DPO addresses), or a flat rate of $6.99 for orders under $48.

All other destinations we ship to (including UK, Ireland, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and many more): a flat rate of $29.99 applies. Free shipping is currently only available for orders shipping within the United States.

For select destinations, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on live DHL Express or UPS rates.

Faster shipping options: In most zones, customers can also choose UPS or DHL Express at checkout for faster delivery, at rates calculated live based on destination and package weight.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to customs and import regulations that have historically prevented successful delivery, we currently do not ship any products to the following countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Turkey.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Crystal Clear Teeth Whitening ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and in most cases APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Crystal Clear Teeth Whitening uses USPS to deliver. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.

Customs & Duties on International Orders

Crystal Clear Teeth Whitening does not assume responsibility for customs and duty fees, taxes and tariffs for international orders. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Damages

Crystal Clear Teeth Whitening will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you've received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Crystal Clear Teeth Whitening accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Crystal Clear Teeth Whitening may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
